BAM-O-WEEN! - Free Family Day
The Bellevue Art Museum is offering free admission to the galleries as well as Halloween art activities, scavenger hunt and shadow puppets in the auditorium.

Halloween at the Symphony
A Halloween-filled day at Benaroya Hall. The Seattle Symphony is putting on two, 35 minute performances for little ghosts and goblins. Later that evening, Alfred Hitchcock's film "Psycho" will be shown with the Seattle Symphony playing as a live soundtrack. Cost varies.

Dia de Muertos - Day of the Dead
The Taller Mexicano para la Cultura y las Artes presents Day of the Dead, a Latino holiday when friends and family gather to remember and celebrate loved ones that have passed on. There will be activities for children and adults such as music, dancing, sugar skulls and more.

Silent Movie Monday: 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea (1916)
The Seattle Theater Group kicks off its silent movie series with the underwater classic with Captain Nemo and the Nautilus. All films are accompanied by Jim Riggs on the "Mighty Wurlitzer Organ."

Wild and Scenic Environmental Film Festival
Conservation Northwest presents the 8th Annual Wild and Scenic Film Festival. Films highlight human impacts on wildlife and areas as well as adventure and how people are creating change. There will be food, drink, door prizes and a raffle. Tickets are available at Brown Paper Tickets.

Dennis James, the final appointed House Organist for Seattle's Paramount Theatre (from 1998 to 2008) who created and developed the theatre's hitherto popular Silent Movie Mondays series, frequently selling out the 2800 seat theatre during his 11 year tenure, continues his professional silent film and other musical presentations throughout the Northwest Area during the upcoming 2010 tour season:
